  • Service Launch

    ANS integrates its managed service tools within your IT environment and works with each of your employee to understand their role in being a productive user.

The Basics plan provides help desk support via phone and remote access during business hours. You will also have direct access to the professional staff at Arctic Network Solutions to answer all of your IT questions and help solve any of your IT problems.

Our Tier II Support plan provides the best IT tools on the market coupled with our fast and reliable IT support services. This plan includes everything from Tier I as well.

PLAN INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING

  • Remote Management tool installation for direct user assistance
  • Webroot Antivirus software installation
  • Tier I Helpdesk Support (Up to next business day DBH 8x5)
  • On-site labor reduced to $100/hr (After hours billed 1.5)
  • Monthly Reporting

TIER 2 - PREMIUM

$69/MO peR COMPUTER

Our Tier II Support plan provides the best IT tools on the market coupled with our fast and reliable IT support services. This plan includes everything from Tier I as well.

$99/MO per COMPUTER

Our Ultimate Tier III plan is truly the same as an in-house IT department without the cost and overhead. This plan has all of the benefits of our Tier II Support plan, with the addition of unlimited on-site support during business hours.
